Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (update)

Vivek Mercer · 2026-06-13T07:22:40.839Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 17 weeks. Any experience at all would help. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
