Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (update)

A retailer and two warehouses near Cincinnati are hiring seasonal staff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
