Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (update)

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 18 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
