Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (St. Louis)

A retailer and two warehouses near St. Louis are hiring seasonal staff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
