Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, social media manager here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 4 weeks. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
