Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (Richmond)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Richmond that might lead to something longer. It has been a long 8 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
