Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, retail manager here

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Nashville that might lead to something longer. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
