Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, retail manager here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 16 weeks. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
