Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (Providence)

Emeka Andersson · 2026-06-05T10:08:08.077Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 9 weeks. It has been weighing on me all week. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
