Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, procurement assistant here

Hiro Isaksson · 2026-08-09T08:47:12.037Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 18 weeks. It has been weighing on me all week. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
