Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, office manager here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 4 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
