Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, medical assistant here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 9 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
