Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, medical assistant here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 7 weeks. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
