Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, line cook here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 18 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
