Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, IT help-desk technician here

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tampa that might lead to something longer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
