Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (Honolulu)

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 14 weeks. I worked as a nurse's aide before this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
