Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (Honolulu)

Casey Grimaldi · 2026-07-03T13:05:21.603Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. I am in Honolulu, in case local advice matters. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
