Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (Hartford)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Hartford that might lead to something longer. Thank you in advance. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
