Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - first time posting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Nashville that might lead to something longer. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
