Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 18 weeks. I am in Honolulu, in case local advice matters. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
