Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - first time posting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tampa that might lead to something longer. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
