Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 7 weeks. It has been a long 15 weeks. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
