Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 5 weeks. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
