Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - first time posting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Cleveland that might lead to something longer. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
