Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - first time posting

Carlos Nakamura · 2026-05-01T08:06:06.522Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
