Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 7 weeks. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
