Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 6 weeks. Any experience at all would help. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
