Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 9 weeks. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
