Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 12 weeks. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
