Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, electrician's helper here

A retailer and two warehouses near Jacksonville are hiring seasonal staff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
