Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Baltimore that might lead to something longer. Thank you in advance. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
