Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, copywriter here

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Columbus that might lead to something longer. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
