Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, call-centre agent here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 14 weeks. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
