Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, barista here

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Spokane that might lead to something longer. Any experience at all would help. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
