Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (Baltimore)

Sam Castellano · 2026-07-08T09:34:20.223Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 18 weeks. I am in Baltimore, in case local advice matters. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?
