Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?

A retailer and two warehouses near San Diego are hiring seasonal staff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
