Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - any advice?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
