Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - any advice?

Aisha Nakamura · 2026-09-04T08:43:25.963Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 18 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
