Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - any advice?

Quinn Bergstrom · 2026-08-21T18:27:37.207Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 10 weeks. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
