Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - any advice?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 4 weeks. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
