Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - any advice?

Gabriel Nystrom · 2026-04-29T08:13:28.856Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 14 weeks. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
