Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - any advice?

Tariq Adeyemi · 2026-08-14T06:38:45.847Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 14 weeks. It has been a long 21 weeks. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
