Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - any advice?

Gabriel Nystrom · 2026-06-01T07:27:39.027Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 4 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
