Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 8 years as an accountant

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tampa that might lead to something longer. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
