Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 8 years as a hotel front-desk agent

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 8 weeks. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
