Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 7 years as a recruiter

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Little Rock that might lead to something longer. It has been a long 16 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
