Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 3 years as an operations analyst

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 3 weeks. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
