Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 17 years as a web developer

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 17 weeks. It has been a long 26 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
