Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 17 years as a social media manager

A retailer and two warehouses near Nashville are hiring seasonal staff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
