Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 16 years as an operations analyst

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 16 weeks. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
